 EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY

Effective Date: July 2024 

Thank you for shopping at SKAII. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly exchange only policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our return process.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it with the security ribbon intact. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item. 

  • The item must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • In the case that the item you want to exchange for is not in stock, we will send you a coupon code for the same amount. This will act as store credit to be used when you desire.

  • Products marked as "Sale" during the purchase are not eligible for exchange.

INITIATING AN EXCHANGE

To initiate an exchange please follow these steps:

  • Contact our team at info@skaii.io and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

  • Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with the return address.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING 

  • Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product received).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your returned items reach us safely.

CONDITION OF ITEMS

  • Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

  • The items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use, stains, or damages.

INSPECTION

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify the condition.

DAMAGED & INCORRECT ITEMS 

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. 

CHANGES TO OUR POLICY 

  • SKAII reserves the right to update or modify this policy without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
